The building across Petaling Street is a building on construction that is been uphold for years. It is surrounded with hoardings but no construction progression is seen after years. As the location is very strategic for tourism across the Petaling Street, and easy accessible for workers or students nearby via LRT stations, KTM or bus services, it is been selected to repurpose the function of building, reviving the essence of what is was been before as an old kopitiam.

The ground floor is open for pedestrians and people who waits for bus. Art gallery is published with graffiti of the respected Yap Ah Loy for it's contribution for what Petaling Street has now become. First floor is restaurant/ café that serves the young and old. As we all agree with, no-one rejects food. Thus we use food as a main element to pull the young and old together. part of the first floor is double volume. Second floor is more of an isolated zone, where youngsters or workers can open up their laptop and do their work with lesser noise above first floor cafe. The balcony is opened to the corner of the street, that is exposed to the entry of Petaling street. As continue to travel up to third floor, the void acts as a multifunction event space, where events could be held over time. When there is no event, it will be a platform for families to hang around, or friends to mingle around.
